ABOUT US
Bothia is focused on guiding students and families through their experiences with sexual misconduct on college campuses. Distinct from costly legal alternatives, Bothia is rooted in firsthand experience with survivors, perpetrators, and the families and friends of all involved. Bothia’s strength is rooted in its empathetic, person-first approach to experiences with sexual and interpersonal misconduct. For far too long, students' and families’ interactions with Title IX leave individuals with feelings of isolation, bewilderment, and frustration. Bothia prioritizes restorative justice-centered solutions within the confines of Title IX.

We are rooted in our mission to empower individuals and provide the assistance they need to navigate Title IX’s complex landscape. We serve as a bridge between confusion and clarity, fear and empowerment, and, most importantly, the catalyst for change within the system that is Title IX.
